2. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of chemical products and safety regulations, not all items are eligible for return.
Returns may be accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and unopened
- The original seal is intact
- The product is returned in original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
PureChemPros reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened chemical containers
- Products that have been used or tampered with
- Products returned without original packaging
- Hazardous materials that cannot legally be reshipped
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order products
These restrictions exist to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
Once verified, PureChemPros may offer one of the following:
- Replacement product
- Refund
- Store credit
PureChemPros reserves the right to request return of damaged items when appropriate.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA).
